This answer is Yes. Apple Pay is designed to allow iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch users in France. Apple Pay went live in France on Tuesday (July 19), making it the eighth country to offer the service as a payment option, and the third European country to do so after the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as debit cards from Banque Populaire, Carrefour Banque, Ticket Restaurant, and Caisse d'Epargne, accept Apple Pay. According to Apple, the service will soon be available on Boon and Orange.
