JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Follow the job description of the Accountant of the Accounting Department.
  • Receive incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
  • Follow up arising debts and related documents.
  • Advise the Board of Directors on professional activities.
  • Coordinate with departmental staff to enter accounting data.
  • According to the job description and assignment of the department head.
  • Collect data and documents of the Company to make internal reports.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in using office computers and accounting software (if any).
  • Possess good synthesis, analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Careful, honest.
  • Professional English.
  • Preference given to fresh graduates.
  • Training will be provided upon entry.

WORKING HOURS

  • Mon - Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Sat: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
  • Break time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
