Yes, Apple Pay is working in Sweden. In October 2017, Apple Pay was introduced in Sweden. In Sweden, Nordea, Swedbank, and ST1 credit and debit cards are compatible with Apple Pay. Apple Pay payments are accepted wherever contactless payments are accepted, and a list of supported retailers as well as more information on Apple Pay are available on Apple's Apple Pay website in Sweden.
You can use Apple Pay to make purchases because it is a secure and convenient method of payment. Apple Pay, in collaboration with participating retailers in Sweden, allows you to make contactless payments with your iPhone or Apple Watch. Apple Pay can also be used on apps and websites available through the App Store, Google Play, or Amazon.

When paying with Apple Pay, simply hold your iPhone near the reader on iPhone 6 or later. If you have an iPhone 5 or earlier, open the Wallet app, tap the Apple Pay button in the bottom-left corner, then tap the Pay button. In the Wallet app, launch Wallet. The Apple Pay button can be found in the bottom left corner of the screen. You will be able to pay with your iPhone near the reader.
